Our White label plan allows startups, IT, and digital marketing companies to resell our WhatsApp marketing platform to their clients. You can sell the platform under your own branding and set your own pricing while utilizing our comprehensive tutorials and videos for customer education. We provide the product, tutorials, and support to help you successfully sell and promote the benefits of our WhatsApp marketing software. You are authorized to sell licenses directly to customers, but you are not allowed to resell the reseller white label plan itself.
Our customer support team is committed to helping you onboard up to 2 customers in Unlimited Plan, and we offer additional onboarding support for a package rate of Rs 500 per customer for other Plans. We prioritize exceptional care and attention for each customer, ensuring a seamless experience. Our team operates as an extension of your company, providing support under your brand name to maintain brand identity. This ensures a professional and cohesive onboarding process.
You have full autonomy to set your own prices without any imposed limitations or requirements. You are free to establish a pricing structure that aligns with your business objectives and strategies. We firmly believe in empowering our resellers to independently determine their pricing, allowing you to maximize profitability and cater to the unique requirements of your customers.
The setup process for the reseller account generally requires approximately three days from the verification of the Meta business manager. Within this timeframe, we will meticulously handle all essential configurations and preparations, ensuring your smooth transition into successfully reselling Chatio. Moreover, we will provide regular updates on the setup progress, keeping you informed via email or other preferred communication channels. Our objective is to maintain transparency and keep you well-informed at every stage of the setup process.
We provide ongoing updates for Chatio, which encompass upgrades and bug fixes, to guarantee excellent performance and user satisfaction. As a reseller of WhatsCloud, you will receive regular updates for the platform. The initial updates and bug fixes is complimentary, and subsequent releases will incur a fee of ₹2000. This ensures that your customers can benefit from the latest features and bug fixes, enhancing their overall platform experience.
During the initial year, hosting for chatio will be offered at no cost. Following the first year, an annual hosting fee of ₹5000/Year will be applicable. This arrangement enables you to provide your customers with a dependable hosting service for their WhatsApp marketing platform, while also ensuring the long-term sustainability of the hosting infrastructure.
Kindly be aware that domain names including the terms “what,” “wa,” or “wha” are not allowed. These restrictions are in place to ensure compliance with WhatsApp regulations and to prevent any potential misuse of the platform. When deciding on a domain name for your reselling business of WhatsCloud, we kindly request that you opt for a name that aligns with these guidelines. Our objective is to uphold a secure and reputable environment for all users.
Once the account setup process has commenced, we are unable to provide refunds due to the extensive effort invested in building the codebase and configuring the Whitelabel version specifically for you. We allocate significant resources and time to ensure a tailored setup that meets your requirements. Therefore, refund requests cannot be accommodated once the account setup is initiated.
To ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies and mitigate the risk of account termination, the license activation should only be done if the WhatsApp message limit exceeds 1000 messages, which corresponds to Tier 1. Activating the license for a lower message limit puts your account at risk if your customers send messages that violate WhatsApp policies.
