Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
1.Chatio Platform
Chatio Platform is available to Customer on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, provided that:
(i) Customer has read and accepted and is in compliance with its obligations under the applicable terms of use related to all applicable Third Party Messaging Platforms, Pre-Integrated Third Party Business Applications, and Custom-Integrated Business Applications; and
(ii) has taken all steps as necessary to enable interoperability between the Clare.AI Platform and all applicable Third Party Messaging Platforms, Pre-Integrated Third Party Business Applications, and Custom-Integrated Business Applications, including acquiring the necessary approvals and API keys, whether directly or via Customer’s Clients, to access these messaging channels as a business.
2.Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Chatio, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Chatio’s Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

7.WhatsApp Onboarding & Verification Terms

Sky Free will assist with the application and submission process. Account without verified Meta business managers will be terminated without prior notice,
By using Chatio, clients agree to the setup for WhatsApp business Cloud API, and will provide all the prerequisite documents as required by Whatsapp & Facebook.
The allowed message types and associated policies are subject to change at any moment and in WhatsApp’s sole discretion. This could modify the accessibility of our site, and we need at least 30 days to make the necessary adjustments, you agree to this.
To ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies and mitigate the risk of account termination, the license activation should only be done if the WhatsApp message limit exceeds 1000 messages, which corresponds to Tier 1. Activating the license for a lower message limit puts your account at risk of termination. It is crucial to adhere to these guidelines to maintain a secure and sustainable operation.
8.Responsibilities
Consumers are in charge of keeping their accounts secure and private. It is impossible to guarantee that data transmitted over the Internet are completely safe. Chatio disclaims all responsibility for any data loss or damage that may occur as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials or any security breach on our system.
All acts conducted in connection with the account, including those that take place under the account, are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. The content that you send and activity that takes place under your account are your responsibility (even when Content is sent by others to your account). In the event of service interruptions, termination, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred. In the event that we cease to offer services, you acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued for any remaining unused portion of the service. You agrees that we are not liable for any financial or operational losses, including loss of business, data, or profits resulting from the discontinuation of our services.
9.Right to Use
Customer acknowledges and agrees that Chatio may store, use, reproduce, monitor, Modify, and transfer to its original software developers, subcontractors, Customer Data, including Personal Data, solely in connection with delivering the Services under this Agreement. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that Chatio may store, use, reproduce, monitor , Modify, and transfer data that is not related to an identified or identifiable natural person, including aggregated or de-identified data, without limitation, for its internal business purposes, including but not limited to such purposes as analytics, quality assurance, product and service improvement, and new product and service development. Customer agrees to cause any Administrative User, Customer’s Client, and Chat Participant to agree to the terms.
10.Modifications to the Service and Fees
The service may be changed, suspended, or stopped at any time and for any cause, with or without prior notice, according to WhatsCloud’s rights.
With 30 days’ notice, WhatsCloud retains the right to modify its monthly and yearly costs. All of our subscribers will be alerted through email of any fee changes, and such changes will also be displayed on the pricing page.
Chatio retains the right to periodically alter and modify the Terms of Service without prior notification. The Terms of Service shall apply to any new features that complement or expand the current Service, including the provision of new tools and resources. You will be deemed to have accepted any such adjustments if you keep using the Service after they have been made.
11.Free Trial
We offer a free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will not be charged and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to a paid version at the end of the free trial.
12.Prohibited Activity
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the reseller/personal account or any associated services without prior notice, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the reseller’s activities violate our terms and conditions, infringe upon the rights of others, or pose a threat to the stability, security, or integrity of our servers or network. 14. Setup
The setup process for the reseller account or personal account generally requires approximately seven days from the verification of the Meta business manager. Within this timeframe, we will meticulously handle all essential configurations and preparations, ensuring your smooth transition into successfully reselling Chatio. Moreover, we will provide regular updates on the setup progress, keeping you informed via email or other preferred communication channels. Our objective is to maintain transparency and keep you well-informed at every stage of the setup process.
15.Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
