We would never like to cancel your order. However, we reserve the rights to cancel your order at any given point in time. This policy applicable to reseller as well as personal account.
Once the account setup process has commenced, we are unable to provide refunds due to the extensive effort invested in building the codebase and configuring the Whitelabel version specifically for you. We allocate significant resources and time to ensure a tailored setup that meets your requirements. Therefore, refund requests cannot be accommodated once the account setup is initiated.
Cancellation by buyer
You are entitled to a refund if a product doesn’t function as intended and can’t be easily remedied. This includes circumstances in which the product contains a flaw that, if you had known about it beforehand, would have prevented you from purchasing it. It could take up to 15 days to cancel and receive your money back. The money will be returned using the original payment method in the event of any returns.

We hold the authority to refund buyer purchase by force without any request from buyer end. Force refund will stop app access as well as support access by denying purchase code with immediate action.
